The 500M Solar Lake Aeration System delivers off-grid aeration powered by the included 858Wh Solar Generator (please note this requires weatherproof housing, not supplied), which is charged via the NextGen 160W Solar Panel.
The energy-efficient 160 watt air pump offers an approximate run time of 4-5 hours on battery alone (assuming zero sunlight), but will run considerably longer in full sun as the panel continues to feed the generator.
The Solar Generator connects to your smart device via Bluetooth or WIFI, giving you remote on/off control and the ability to set timers.
During winter or periods of low light and shorter days, we recommend 1-2 hours of daily operation to allow the solar panel time to fully replenish the generator battery. In summer, with longer daylight hours, timers can often be set for 6-8 hours of runtime, depending on how much sunlight the 160W solar panel harvests, enabling both aeration and battery top-up simultaneously.
